We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented media administrator with excellent time management skills. The candidate must be able to multitask, manage multiple deliverables, and communicate effectively. The media administrator at our company will provide administrative and creative support to the company administrator and collaborate closely with the production and creative teams to promote and grow the company.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, manage and communicate with show guests to ensure that all aspects of the video shoot are understood. 
• Capable of making the clients feel at ease and ready for the camera. 
• Exceptional attention to detail is required to make sure that everything is in its proper place while recording, including background, hair, and makeup, among other things. 
• Proactive management of the production team.
• Ensure that all team members know their responsibilities, timelines, and deadlines.
• Researching and fact-checking for YouTube videos and podcast episodes
• Implement shoot logistics and assist with the project and risk management plan. 
• Participate in pre-production and post-production processes 
• Create, implement and manage a brand engagement marketing strategy across multiple platforms. 

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2 years experience in an administrative role
• Self-starter, problem-solving abilities, deadline focus, and goal-oriented
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Practical experience with DSLR camera gear, lenses, and lighting setup, whether in the studio or on location, is a plus.
• Excellent research and organization skills with a relentless level of attention to detail are a must.
• Technologically inclined, including learning new tools quickly and training others
• A natural inclination to stay connected on email, WhatsApp, Slack, phone, and social media

Overview 

We are seeking a creative and professional video editor to join our production team. Our company's video editor must be a visual storyteller capable of editing engaging content, from branded sponsor-based features to time-sensitive, short-form entertainment. The candidate should ensure the audio and visual elements are appropriate for distribution on YouTube, social media, and traditional media. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and work effectively with the team members. 
• Edit footage to produce videos that meet the detailed specifications and deadline
• Prepare rough and final video cuts.
• Insert music, sound effects, visual effects, graphics, and dialogues into the videos to make them more visually appealing.
• Create a proposed storyboard draft of the video to present and receive approval before altering videos digitally.
• Find and incorporate new techniques and methods to increase the company's efficiency.
• Improve video and sound quality using various video software
• Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos as specified
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2 years experience
• A comprehensive portfolio of your previous work.
• Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe, and compositing
• Proficient in video editing software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, etc.
• Ability to take and follow directions while also having a creative eye for improvements
• Creative thinker, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management skills 
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
